I have lived in Sterling (Bradford Place) since this summer and just feel I need to let people know how bad it is. First off, for how much you pay, this is a very POOR investment of your money. I live in a 3 Bedroom/2 bath apartment.The majority of the apartments where in terrible condition upon move-in. The tiles come up in the kitchen, the covering inside the cabinets are pealing up, there is water damage inside the bathroom cabinet, my tub is really mildewed, they don't have enough circuits for the internet so it goes in and out (not to mention you have to sign in every few days), my neighbor had her car broken in to and they stole her purse, the hallways are a MESS! They don't fix the exit signs that people have ruined, trash and cigarette butts are everywhere. They said they would replace the old stained carpets and have yet to do so. I had to have my door replaced when I moved in b/c it didn't lock. Not all the computers work in the computer room, you're lucky if any of the OLD workout equipment even works. Free tanning isn't that big of a plus when they don't change the bulbs. This summer the manager hired the lowest bidder to redo the clubhouse pool and it was closed most of the summer. When it DID open the paint immediated pealed off and they had to close it b/c it got all green and the health inspectors made them fix it. Finally, (I know this list is long, but it is what it is) the staff is unprofessional and the students running the office are not trained long enough to do all that they do. You know there's a problem when these apartments offer a shuttle bus to campus and it takes a new management take-over to let them know that the driver(s) are required BY LAW to have a chauffer's license and must be over 21 years old. Thank you, I will NOT be RENEWING!!!
Oh yeah, and the walls are a little thin when you can hear the bed in the apartment above you moving back and forth!

OKAY . . . last thing I PROMISE. All the good reviews are posted by the staff, so don't let that fool you.

Just so everyone knows! This is a former office worker that was fired for stealing! And her name starts with an K. You know who you are! Building 16! Next time maybe you should make up better stories. We all know how weak you are in school!
