First, I should have known something was up when I didn't have to pay any fees when I signed my lease here last year. Now, I know why. The place was a disaster when I moved in, and it has been one problem after another with maintenance, paper-thin walls, and immature management. Please, don't make the same mistake that I made, and do your research.
