The layouts here are fabulous. Great design (sinks, tubs, kitchen, thumbs up). Only problem has been cracks in the ceiling and leaks near the chimeney. The grounds are great, but the ammenities are only fair (exercise room is no prize, car wash is nice to have but bring your own nozzle). I have been here a long time, and can say with confidence that the place has gone downhill while the $$ has gone up. The management is truly inept (won't stand by their own policies) and can't solve problem without going through several steps. There is one wonderful leasing agent though who is friendly and helpful. Maintence crew is good. Overall, I love my apartment, but feel the complex is over-rated, over-priced (compared to other B-town places), and over-populated with undergrads now.
