My experience for the most part was good. The apartments are a little high priced but they're big and fairly quiet. Parking is never a problem. One thing I didn't like was in the winter was feeling the wind gusts from outside in my bedroom coming through the window... Maybe I just had bad apartment placement in a wind tunnel. The maintenence crews are prompt when there's a problem. The staff is always friendly and helpful (except for I think her name was Angela, she's incompetent and has an attitude to match). The grounds and landscaping are well kept.. too many tenants let their dogs dump everywhere so walking through any of the grass is risky at best... that's just inconsiderate pet owners though... everywhere that allows dogs in a college town will have that. :P
