This place was great when I first moved in, but turned bad fast! When you have a problem you can never find a manager, except the snobby rude one name Angela. You would have better luck getting a problem resolved with a pit bull holding a raw steak. And out of the only two good staff that that ever did anything or tried to help only one is left. (Now I understand why!)
The upper management hides in the basement like little kids that you never see until move out. Then and only then do you know why they hide in the basement of this barn. They will rape you at move out and charge crazy fee?s that should be considered normal wear and tear. This place is over priced for what you get. And make sure you don?t have more then 3 people on your deck! My neighbor?s deck started to fall on the third floor. Instead of fixing this hanging deck Management instead said they had a party with over 20 people on this deck. Wrong! If this deck would have fallen people would have died! Thank God No one did. As for a student, don?t waste your time unless you want to live with old people. No social life here at all for college students.

Just one more thing, just so the Management knows and I hope they read this. Next time you decide to talk about the residents, and talk about what we have in our files such as financial you really should make sure no one is standing by your door!
Even though you think I am a spoiled rich ----- with Daddy?s money I am still a person with feelings. And it should not matter what I wear or drive. If I pay that much for rent I should be treated as a person. Maybe your staff should go to college. Maybe then you would find a job that you like and be a much happier person. Instead of an old uneducated bitter person!
