My aparment was ok. I always had a problem with bugs. The office did very little to help me with this problem. I spent my own money and time to clean up the bug prolem that always came back. I never paid my rent late, but always got these letters saying they were going to take me to court. In the end it was the office problem. It seems that a apartment complex this big would have their ---- together. But I guess in a small town like this you don't get the most educated people running the place. On the other hand if you can put up with rude office help and mis-management problems the ponds are nice to look ate. But I don't think worth the money.
