You give "landlord" a bad name....

We had to sue them...just over the application process. I would definitely say to stay as far away from "The Fields" as possible. They are a huge rip off and will screw you over on the walkout. One of their pipes burst and damaged a renter's property and THEY charged HIM for the damage even though it wasn't his fault.

If you are looking for a clean apartment with nice management try Canterbury House Apts.
