Good for Bloomington, horrible otherwise

Generally, this apartment complex is fairly nice in its apartments (but way overpriced considering these apartments are becoming out-dated). The two biggest criticisms:
1. The office staff: they can be quite rude if you have any real problems and not willing to resolve
2. They will charge you an arm and a leg at check-out. We had to sue this company (and we won, including our court costs) in order to receive money back. They were really nasty and on more than one occasion swore at us. Not professional at all.
