....and I have been through two owners. The previous owners (Abodes) were very friendly, but did not upgrade things like the washers/dryers in the wash room, fix the grounds, or keep the landscaping trimmed. The current owners (Inland America) seem to keep up on all of these things the Abodes lacked, but have terrible customer services skills and do not take measures to ensure a secure environment. Items are stolen from the grounds, wash room and club house regularly. There are no things in place to protect the tenants "ammenities" (the pools are open to the entire Bloomington communitiy and is not monitored)and tenant parking is not assigned during busy events. The current management is not only unprofessional with thier approach to customers, but they are not open to suggestions for improvment. I do not recommend living here if you are anything but an undergraduate student. This place definitely does not cater to mature adults who respect thier environment.
