Moved to Bloomington without knowing much about the area. The apartment is very spacious and cheap. However, since I have lived here for about 8 months, the plumbing has gone bad, the air conditioner is not working properly, we have had ant infestation like crazy, the foundation is sinking, maintenence is non-existent, the neighbors are NOT students, and mold has found its way into several spaces inside and outside of the apartment. If its not one thing, its another. Do not move here! We are leaving as soon as the lease is up!

Not to mention there is no bus-line out here and it takes a good half an hour to get to the school or anywhere else for that matter.
