Dont make the mistake

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
i had raccoons in my ceiling for 4 months before they ever did anything about it! thats after i complained and called code compliance. I have a hole in my ceiling now from water damage and they will not get here to fix it. now my toilet is over flowing and they will not answer or return my phone calls. THIS IS A HELL HOLE!
