I lived in Wapahani for one year, and that was too long! The management was disgraceful. The owner has her home number listed as the after-hours number on the brochure. She had the nerve to yell at me eventhough the brochure does not say it is her home number. If she were an effective business woman, she would have handled the situation more professionally. The breezeways are never cleaned and the location is decent. The noise control was ridiculous - I could hear everything from the complex. Also, the management company only had one maintenance man, and he wasn't always at Wapahani. Once, I had to wait several days for maintenance. The apartment was cheaply made and the sidings made noise I could hear in my apartment. However, after dealing with the management, I would NOT recommend Wapahani to anyone. There are no good things to say about it!
