I lived there for a year.
The manager, the owner's daughter, is a complete and total -----. She is also dumb.
Maintaince does not come when asked to attend to a problem. They will, however, enter your home with no prior notice to check on things. Happened to me twice in one week. I was in the shower both times and looked up to see a maintaince man in my bathroom.
If they had told me they were coming, I would have restrained my pets for everyone's safety. I am almost sorry my dog didn't bite one of the tresspassers.
You NEVER get ANY of your deposit back. (but that is true for everywhere in Bloomginton)

Looks like they finally went out of business and sold their properties off. What goes around comes around. Karma sucks L&M huh? No sympathies for LoreLIE and Matt
