I have lived there for one year going on my second. I think it is a great deal for the price you pay. My biggest complaint is that the walls are very thin so we here everything in our apartment. I live in a 3 bedroom 2 bedroom flat, but it is the bottome floor so we tend to hear our upstairs occupants some. I think that the mangament is very nice. They are always friendly and very helpful if we have questions of problems with anything. It is quite far from campus but for the price and the size it is nice. So what if you have to get your carpets cleaned before you leave, most places make you do that anyway. As far as moving out goes I have no idea cause I'm staying there another year.
