I just moved into my apartment at Wapehani, I love the apartment, its big and spacious but the management has failed to impress me. First of all, they have one person who does move-in inspections and while she is very thorough, it takes forever becuase you have to wait just to get in even though you made an appointment. When we moved in, the walls hadn't been painted, the kitchen vinyl was terribly torn and scuffed, the bathtub drains were full of hair and wouldn't drain and there was no A/C, in AUGUST!!! Moving in was a terrible ordeal! Since being there, a few more things have gone wrong. The maintenance guy is really nice but hes all alone so it takes a while to get stuff fixed. They claim they have emergency maintenance but its just a phone list with the owners number and they don't return your calls. The office staff are teenagers with attitudes and will hang up on you in a second. The rent is cheap, but its not worth the hassle!
