This was a great experience. We lived there for a year and a half, They were always nice and friendly. They remembered our names. We cleaned our apartment throughly and didn't expect any deposit back as is typical in Bloomington but was happily shocked when we got every penny back including half of the "non refundable" pet deposit. I would reccomend to anyone moving to the Bloomington area. The maintance staff is a bit slow but we could handle most little things ourselves.
