I lived there for three years and can asure you that the owner is not related to the manager in any way. And I have called the emergency # for an actual emergency and they reacted promptly. The manager went above and beyond to help me in a situation that she did not have. I recieved all of my deposite back but of corse I did not damage the unit and left it clean. I have never rented any where that did not have you proffesionaly clean your carpets, I sure wouldnt want to move in to your dirt.And in three years no one ever entered my unit without permission.
