Wapehani Hills is a terrible place to live, all because of the management. Our move-in in July of 2005 was 2 hours late because there was no-one in the office, and when I called Loralei (the owner), she said she was on vacation and "What was she supposed to do'"

A woman wearing a bathing suit and towing 2 kids did an incomplete move-in inspection (which later lost us almost all of our security deposit), and when the spring storms rolled around, the cheap shingles on the roof put scratches on all the cars near our building. Of course, "What are we supposed to do'" was the management's only reaction.

Also, a fire burned one of the units almost completely to the ground in the middle of the night, and management was nowhere to be found.

The desk attendants are rude (especially that big girl) and the A/C never works. And good luck getting all your deposit back, no matter how hard you clean. And they "conveniently" forgot to include the pet deposit in my meager refund.

Long story short, everything is a hassle when you live at Wapehani.
