These are spacious, functional apartments at a reasonable price. The main drawback of Wapehani Hills is the noise if you happen to move in next to inconsiderate neighbors. Soundproofing between units is pretty much non-existent. We lived there two years, and during the second year the rudest, noisiest, most obnoxious students moved in above us. After several months the management finally acted and dealt with the problem satisfactorily.

We never had problems with the management/owners since we paid our rent on time and followed the terms of the lease.

We cleaned our apartment thoroughly when we moved out and our security deposit was returned in full.
