We just moved out of Wapehani in July. It was spacious and in good condition when we moved in and out. We never were late in our rent and didn't have a lot of maintenance problems. However, the whole living experience was ruined when we spoke with management. Sparing the details, both Matt and Lorelei are incredibly rude and condescending. I've run into many other tenants who share the same opinion.

Then when we moved out we presented the receipt for the carpet cleaning multiple times and were told the carpet looks great, don't need the receipt. So my husband signed the move out sheet. We get our partial deposit back and see that carpet cleaning is charged - why' When we called we were told there was no receipt for it. So the employee made a mistake but Lorelei didn't really care. When we said we could get another copy to prove it was done she said we already got it recleaned so you're charged (again!). Then we talked to another staff member and she said a he said/she said won't hold up if we went to small claims court - we (L&M) have it in writing that the carpet needed cleaning. So some complete dishonesty somewhere.

The management is completely uncooperative, rude, false, and inconsiderate at best. Not people I would want to give my money to. Please do not give these people any more business.
