The day I moved in I found that no one had checked the apartment to see if it was livable and presentable because there was paint all along the ceiling where it looks like someone rolled the walls and ran the roller up onto the ceiling every time. The management told me that the first time they see the apartment is when they do the move IN with me. Well this was a blatant lie, because I now have to do a move OUT which should have been done with the previous tenants before I moved in. So they obviously did not care to make the apartment look good before I moved in. Next our windows in the living room, kitchen, and in one bedroom did not lock. It took them 4 more phone calls and 3 weeks to finally fix them and they still don't work now! What a crock! Finally, upon asking a couple of questions about prorating since I am going home for the summer, I immediately was snapped at and told that I was going to be taken to court WHEN i didn't pay. I never even mentioned not paying. The owner then proceeded to call my father rude and would not give him the time of day. She won't let you get in 2 words before accusing you of not paying your rent. The management is awful and they are not willing to work with any problems that arise. Don't rent an apartment here!
