Our roof has been leaking for almost 1 year now, I think we have mold growing in one of our bedrooms. I have told them about this problem since we moved in and it rained. Every time it rains it smells soooo bad. I have children here, and they are breathing in this mold everyday. I can't afford to move out. They don't care that the water runs in the apartment. They don't care that we can't use out third bedroom. They don't care the water damage is going to make the celling fall in on us. My third bedroom is TOXIC!!!! Every time we come home there is trash all over the parking lot. The paint in out bedroom is peeling off because of the water that runs in EVERY TIME it rains. The carpet has this smell that lingers in the whole apartment. I just wonder if the board of health knows about things like this going on. I feel like I live in the PROJECTS!!! Anytime you ask to get anything fixed they just blow you off!!! What a great place to throw you money away!!!!

My friend had a mold incident in a different city. After many complaints to the office, he decided to call the Better Business Bureau. You may want to think about calling them or the health department.
