owner is known to cuss you out if you ask why things haven't been fixed. you can complain all you want. maintenence men goof off all day, talk on cell phones and read the paper. they are worthless. lights on the building burns out and no one replaces them ever. shutters falling off buildings and weeds everywhere. lots of white trash moving in. beware if you care about inviting people over and care what they think about where you live.
