First off the way we got signed into the lease was incredibly bad.. as we signed on to have a landlord that had built the place and came with high reviews from previous tenant. Granted the second we had signed the lease he instantly sold the lease to "Campus Cribs". Campus Cribs very much lives up to the name.. it pretty much quickly evolved into a party community fast. Parking was always horrid especially on the weekends when drunken partiers were everywhere. If you want a party place then this place is for you as I was told by the guys looking at the place as they have rented it for next year that they felt cheated cause it didn't have a bar. I told them that the management would probably add it though as they really haven't done anything to the house while we have lived there. We have reported issues which they come to fix it in a day or so .. but it breaks right away again normally as not really fixed. Over all I would say that this complex under the poor management it is under is about the worse place I have ever stayed. Which is saying a lot since I have rented a lot in b-ton. I very much do not recommend it even if you want to party you can still find a better maintained place to do so in b-ton for cheaper.
