The maintenance is great. They respond very quickly and fizes most problems. Are friendly and efficient.

Very poor top dog at the office. As mentioned before, she seems not so willing to help residents as opposed to being defensive of her role and being obnoxious. Most other staff are more decent.

Old exterior for the houses but very well maintained lawns and shrubs. Great pool far from the eyes of most resident's homes.

Big lawn for dogs but management are not so friendly to dog owners.

Basically, if you are a person who does not deal with the management at all, this is a good place. If you do, look elsewhere.
