The apartment itself was nice. I lived in a 2-bedroom townhome which was very spacious. When I moved in, the apartment was clean and well-maintained. The maintenance staff was always curtious and prompt. The management, however, was horrible. I hated to talk to anyone in the office and the only word to describe them would be sleazy. I received numerous letters from management about various routine maintenance that would be performed throughout the summer by indepenent companies that had been contracted. The letters contained the date and approximate time it would be performed. However the work was never completed on the dates stated, which was annoying to say the least. The blacktop on the parking lots was to be redone and an X was painted in the spaces that needed to remain empty. For an entire month every space in front of my building was X'd but the blacktop was never redone. Later I received another letter which explained that Woodbridge had run out of money and would not be finishing the repairs to the lots. Another inconvenience was repainting. In the middle of summer I received a letter which stated that my building would be cleaned with a power sprayer and repainted. The date was given along with a requet to please leave all doors and windows shut until the job was finished. The painters never came on the date specified and for 2 weeks I had to keep all of the windows and doors shut in 90 degree weather. I hated living there and would never recommend anyone live there. It is much too expensive for the quality of the place.
