You may think what you are getting is a nice quiet apartment for just a little over the average price. Not True!!! The walls are so thin you can hear everything the neighbor do, and it doesn't keep heated or cooled efficiently. The kitchen is tiny and old. Someone puked on the steps to our entrance, and even though I called them about it two days ago they still haven't cleaned it up. But when they lost my rent check they had an eviction notice up on the door the next day. My fiance and I call them the apartment Nazis. If you leave anything outside your door for more than an hour or two they will come and tell you to remove it, but even though they say they clean it up, the yards are still full of dog poop. You are paying way to much for way too little.
