Great Value, Spacious, Not Bad Management

After living in some appartment complex I'm sort of weary about management office that only has 1 or two people. Woodbridge has a good number of staff and they are quite responsive. Their emergency maintenence is quite good (I thought I had a gas leak, they came in 20 mins) Its not as luxurious as the Fields, but the people that live here are quite alright, no rowdy parties (we go elsewhere for that =) The rooms are very spacious, the kitchen is moderate size, not as big as lets say Sterling University, but has good enough equipment to cook for a Chinese cook. It feels more spacious that Sterling University and the room is designed to make more use of space than the others I have seen. I have heard no complains other than its on the pricy side (same price as Sterling) and Woodbridge has no T1. I live in a 2 room 2 bathroom appartment second floor. Thrid floor at Sterling is too high and second is too noisy, so.... you decide
