If you are renting a one-bedroom to live alone, don't live here. You can hear your neighbors as if they were roommates right inside your apartment. My neighbor slipped in the shower and her hand went right through the tiles because there was no insulation behind them.

Also, the maintenance comes in the apartment at least once a month for various "inspections," or to change air filters. It's really an invasion of privacy.

Nearly everyone I've talked to is shocked at how high the rent is relative to other places in Bloomington.

The good thing is that it's really close to campus and on the busline.
