I am employed in Bloomington, and my wife has been accepted into graduate school at IU. We have lived at Woodbridge for almost a year, and I have nothing but good things to say about the apartments, the community, and the office staff. The apartments are built extremely well. The walls and level divisions seem to be very thick and well insulated. I have never heard my neighbors, on either side, and I also have yet to hear the guy living above me. The insulation also helps keep our utility bills down.
The Woodbridge community is kept up very well. The landscaping is exceptional. The maintenance staff is one of the best in town. I have lived in a couple other communities in Bloomington, and have never had service quite like the service at Woodbridge. The maintenance is very quick to arrive and once they arrive, the get the job done. The office staff is also very friendly. They seem to really care about the community and the residents who live in it. In the future, I will recommend Woodbridge to my friends.
