Old apts now, but still ok place

Lived there for 3 years. managment was nice when i moved in, something evil happend since...the people there orignally were all replaced with evil people. They are MEAN , thats all I can say.
Apt is old, but features are nice, had a town house, so its big. Stairs are creaky, bathrooms are old but still clean.
maintenance staff is nice and did good work, quickly too.
The price has gotten too high compared to other offerings in Bloomington, but still close to campus so thats good.
