Noisy and overpriced

I'm currently waiting for my lease to expire so I can get the *@#* out of here. Nice enough apartment (1 bdrm), but too noisy to study. Sound travels right through the walls and floors here, and I have neighbors who haven't grown up enough yet to respect the peace. Also, when neighbors' doors open or close, it shakes the whole apartment--it's just stupidly noisy.
Not only is the rent too high, but the non-refundable $300 pet fee and $35/mo per animal is outrageous (I didn't realize my cats would be living with me when I signed the lease, or I'd've gone somewhere else.)
I've had no maintenance issues, so I can't speak to how well or quickly they're handled. Management has been very nice but not very effective in dealing with noisy neighbors. I spend a lot of time wearing ear plugs.
I just can't wait till my lease is up. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
