In the beginning of my lease, I absolutely loved the place- beautiful landscaping, friendly neighbors, not to mention the great reputation that Woodbridge is generally associated with. I was fooled, however. Although I was a moderately clean person, I had to live with roaches the entire time I lived there. The hardest part was when LARVAE were chewing their way out of the walls and into MY BEDROOM! MY BUILDING WAS SEVERELY INFESTED WITH TERMITES! The property manager refused to assist me in any way. My only option was to move out of the apartment, but still pay rent until the end of my lease. I am almost certain that most of the apartment buildings in the complex have problems with termites. PLEASE DON'T BE FOOLED! WOODBRIDGE IS NOT THE LUXURY APARTMENT COMPLEX IT CLAIMS TO BE, UNLESS YOU CONSIDER LIVING WITH TERMITES AND ROACHES A LUXURY!
