A pretty good place to live.

I lived in Woodbridge for 2 years while attending graduate school and found it to be a pretty good place to live. I never had any problems with anything being broken and had no problems from any of my neighbors. The only thing I would suggest is to make sure you keep your patio area weeded if you are on the first floor. If you don't weed it soon enough or well enough they will do it for you and charge you $25
