If you want to deal with jerk managers that treat you like dirt because you're 1) a college student, 2) a female, or worse 3) a female college student, then live here. They'll talk to you like you're a moron and blame HUGE black mold spots that come up from the carpet on your little bitty dog. Last time I checked, dogs didnt pee black. Oh and ants, spiders, and some other kind of bug I've never seen before WILL be all throughout your apartment, so get used to it...before moving in you may want to sleep outside on an ant hill for a few days just so you're used to it. Appliances dont work (dishwasher, airconditioner, stove, etc.) water pressure is awful, floors creak and moan, but other than the noises inside the apartment, my neighbors have been relatively quiet people and my little corner of woodbridge has been very peaceful and calm despite the fact that I live by the tracks :( I loved the quiet neighborhood and the landscaping is beautiful! I loved the bike path that cuts behind my apartment and I loved being able to have my dog there, but it cost me! So if you have lots of $$ to give away just so you can have your furry friend live with you in your out dated apartment then this is the place for you!
