The place itself is so so when we moved in. I mean it looked nice except for the feathers falling down from the venting facility in the kitchen, the ants that lined up in the kitchen, the spiders that were found in both bedrooms, and the bedroom door that wasn't fit, etc.

The really terrible thing came with the gas bill. All of a sudden, we got a bill that jumped from over $60 to $335 without any sign of increase in usage on our part. The only thing that happened was the heated broke down once in between and the maintenance people came twice to fix it. To find out what's wrong, we dealt with the management people. So far, what he does is either delaying or kicking the ball back to the gas company. It is just not the way you would expect to be treated, and they already refused to replace the heater.

Terrible experience dealing with them. Never ever again we would consider live here, and no recommendation to our friends as well, of course!
