I was living there as a graduate student and they moved in one of their painting contractors beneath my apartment and charged him and the other 2 people that were living there no rent. It was winter so they had no work and were constantly under the influence of something and playing their music 24/7. I had written 4 noise complaints and had to call the police 3 times before the contractors found out it was me complaining and slashed 3 of my 4 tires on my car. Not only were they an issue with their noise, but they had 4 cars parked outside all rusted out, with no tags and flat tires and Woodbridge told me they wouldn't tow them because it would cost them too much money. They also had two large dogs living there that they would just let run wild out in the yard and never bothered to pick up after them. I even called their corporate offices in Indianapolis and they didn't care about my experience either. They wouldn't let me out of my lease or pay for any of the unnecessary expenses. Their entire management team continued to promise to take care of everything while they did nothing. At the end of the day they were completely unprofessional and protecting yet another of their useless employees even though they were making their paying renters miserable.

It sounds to me like most of your complaints were about your neighbor, not the complex. Two questions: (1) What is the complex supposed to do about slashed tires? You have insurance for that, and if you know who did it, the police. But unless you can prove to the police that a particular person did it, it's just you, alone, accusing a neighbor whom you don't like. (2) Why are you looking in your neighbors backyard patio? Perhaps you need to spend a little more time on the dissertation and less time on the neighbors.
