I lived in Woodbridge Apartments for two years while attending graduate school at Indiana University. When I was looking for apartments, it was important that the complex be quiet, friendly, convenient, and well-maintained. I found that all of these criteria were met; I've been extremely happy with my place and with the staff here at Woodbridge. If you are a tennis player (like myself), you'll find that the courts are very clean and the surface is great to play on. I spent my free days at the pool in the summer time, which was always well-kept and friendly.

The only problem I had, was during season changes a few bugs came around for awhile; however, I immediately asked that the maintenance spray my apartment, and I haven't seen any critters since (the maintenance came the following morning, so the service was speedy).

This post is likely one created by management. If you're in grad school you aren't spending your free summer days at the pool. In fact, I never saw anyone at the pool. Ever. And the maintenance does not offer spraying for critters - you must provide it yourself.

I doubt it is from management. I was a graduate student living in Woodbridge, and there is actually time in graduate school to sit at the pool or play tennis - if you are responsible about your time. I would agree with this post - except they failed to mention the drafty windows. January and February were expensive months for heat... I had maintenance over twice in two years to take care of ants, and they took care of everything - I know some people have unrealistic standards, or boss maintenance around, and then I guess you wouldn't get service for "critters" but I found maintenance to be professional with me any time I called or they came over to fix something.
