BEWARE

To anyone who is considering moving here: be sure to document ALL damage before, during, and especially after moving out of these apartments. Prior to moving out, I cleaned this apartment for approx. 4 hours. When I moved out, a Woodbridge technician informed me that there "wasn't a problem" and that I would not be charged for any damages. A month later I received a bill for $100 in damages for "light stains in high traffic areas" and a "slight scuff on wall" - do these sound like "damages" adding up to $100'

Other Issues

I have had many friends (graduate school students - aged 27 ) who had similar problems at this facility (including several friends who had their vehicles broken into). Oh, and I had an entire load of laundry stollen from the laundry room one fine Saturday afternoon.

I would highly suggest looking elsewhere.
