A nice family home for four years

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2009
I lived in a 3BR townhouse on the north side of 10th street for four years. Our townhouse felt a lot like a house, quiet and solid. We had enough room for everything and really enjoyed the large back porch. My 3 daughters were always happy to live in a place where they felt safe and it was quiet and their friends could visit comfortably. I miss my neighbors- lived on a row with other University Elementary families.
Had good experiences getting any needed repairs done quickly and well, and Bob Duncan, Property Manager, replaced my carpet and so I stayed for 3 years longer than planned. I felt like the staff was interested in considering my requests because they wanted us to stay, and we did. Renting at WB was a good experience and served us very well while my children needed to be at University Elementary.
Also, a very particular realtor from FC Tucker told me she often refers clients to Woodbridge if they need a B-town apartment, b/c WB is lush and green and the units are solidly built. Not many under grads, either.
