This place is a joke and so are all other properties owned by WOODINGTON MANAGEMENT (Summit Pointe, Basswood).DO NOT EVER MOVE HERE WITH YOUR CHILDREN!! It is a dump, and no one who works there takes any pride in the property at all. My apartment smelled like smoke from the apartment below me. The whole place smells old and musty!! There is dog crap everywhere, even on the sidewalks. Safety is a huge issue!!! Dogs are allowed to be tied up outside, even if they are aggressive. As a matter of fact, I was bitten by one of the free roaming dogs on the property, so don't take my complaint lightly!! If a security light burns out, you will not see it replaced for a few months. My maintenance requests went unfixed until I made numerous calls. The management is lax, and sees that not a penny is spared on good service or nice grounds. They do not comply with Landlord/Tenant Laws, and I even wonder if they are familiar with the laws. They tried to keep my security deposit even though there were no charges for damages!! If you rent here, you will be getting the biggest headache of your life. DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT MOVING HERE. ANYONE DESERVES MORE THAN THIS PLACE!!

I'm the one who wrote this review a few years back. I sued these people and got $$ for the dog bite. It wasn't enough to compensate me for all the hell I went through there, but it helped. I had been telling them about the dog for almost 2 months before it bit me, so why did they not care about my safety??? Just know, they won't care about your safety either. Stay away!
