Woodland Springs Apartments are the worst place that I have ever lived. It seems that very few people that live here take pride in the way that the outside of their apartments look, trash everywhere, kids bikes laying around, etc. As far as the apartments, maintenance, and management goes, that is even worse. The first thing that you notice when you pull in to the drive is the potholes in the driveway, numerous potholes. Secondly, the gutters are falling down, the paint is pealing and the mailboxes are rusted. Once you get into the courtyard of the building that I am in you see rusted support beams, broken stair railings and treads, trash in the yard, weeds growing in the cracks in the sidewalks and against the buildings. Inside the apartment it is not so bad, but when it comes to maintenance, you might as well fix it yourself. We called 4 times to have them fix the dishwasher, they didn't come until a month later and by that time we had already fixed it. The children here run unsupervised, have dirty mouths, and generally are very obnoxious. I am actually afraid to allow my children to become friends with any of them. When my kids do go out they have to be aware of the dog mess in the yard that no one ever cleans up.

All in all, I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. The cheap rent is not worth the poor living conditions.
