Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
I lived in Fairway Apartments for a year and they are run by the same people as Woodland Springs Apts. The conditions @ Fairway are WORSE than that at Woodland Springs. Terrible parking, noisy neighbors. SLUMS!!! Felt over charged @ $320/month.
