this place had a bad reputation. it doesn't any more. i didn't see any dogs roaming free or even tied up outside. i actually seen families outside playing when i went to tour the apartment my boyfriend and i were looking at. the grounds are mantained and well kept...what i don't understand from other people is did they not go and look at the grounds in the first place' sorry i'm not going to take a lease in any apartment and not get what i want. if the grounds look bad i could have only imagined what it looked like inside. but this wasn't the case. it was a very nice place and i plan on living there for a while.

wrong...the stuff i complained about happened with the management you speak of. you just have low standards.
