Me and my fiance moved here in Feb. of 06. We thought it was great at first because of the price. But you soon learn you get way over charged. I'll just make a list for you:

1) The laundry facility is unsafe (the lights are burnt out half the time, the kids go through peoples laundry even stealing clothes and urinating in the dryers)
2) The pool was shut down twice so far this summer...but i bet the health department didnt see parents who let ther kids go beside the pool fence and urinate and poop in front of everyone
3) The maintenance SUCK...peoples ac units have quit working in our building causing them to sweat out this horrible heat...you might as well call a professional
4) Everyones deposit is different for this apartment complex. They dont base it on credit checks or rental history they base it on random numbers they think up
5)3 words... DOG CRAP EVERYWHERE. no joke...all other apartment complexes in Bloomington have a designated area for our animals but we have asked and asked for a small area we may let our dogs play...request was denied.
6) The police are in here almost everynight and not foe security..for the gang bangers, drug dealers,...you get the picture!
