Dont make the mistake i had raccoons in my ceiling for 4 months before they ever did anything about it! thats after i complained and called code compliance. I have a hole in my ceiling now from water damage and they will not get here to fix it. now my toilet is over flowing and they will not answer

Things are looking up!! Since Mr. Cascio has left the staff has been much more relaxed and helpful. Maintenance issues that have been "hanging fire" for months are getting done. Mrs. Cascio even fixes some things herself. We really like the turnaround.
