First they told my daughter the carpet was done, so she moved in Saturday, carpet not finished, toilet broken, now Monday they have served her a 48 hr eviction notice, saying she misrepresented her dog breed, which she told them was a bull-terrier mix and which it is. So far they have shut the electic off and not fixed the broken toilet. Why did they give her a key and let her move in Saturday' Why didn't they look at the dog or ask for a picture' Why didn't they look at the apartment to make sure the carpet was installed before they told her it was'' Why is there a rottweiler in the complex' Exacty what kind of people are running this apartment complex' I knew it wasn't going to be good when she had to spend a weekend cleaning the apartment herself! That was 2 weeks ago, after she had signed her lease and paid her security deposit. Who are the private owners of Blue River Property Management and why are they not appalled at the people they have hired to run Rivershores Apartments in Bristol Indiana'!

I would like to say that it's great that mommy still takes care of her baby. I am a resident here and everyone loves it here, and from reading yours and your daughters opinions, I am glad that people like you are not living here. It sounds to me they done what was best for the rest of the residents here. They protected us from having to live next door to you.
