I am a resident at Rivershores and have lived here for 6 years. I was reading the review of the young lady about moving in, her dog, management, etc. I was in the rental two times that this young lady (who is by no means a rational normal person, she clearly has a mental disability). She told the manager that she was not bringing her dog with her, and ended up bringing the dog that was not a cocker spaniel like she said but a pit bull!!! The contracor who was laying the carpet refused to go back into the unit because the dog was growling and tried to bite him. Before the dog incident, I was in the office a couple days before that when the young lady came in (and i use the word lady loosley) and she was told the apartment would not be ready in 1 day, she told management that they were homeless and needed it now. She was completly unreasonable and irrational but management tried to work with her since she was homeless. The 48 hour notice that she was given was due to her mistakes. When the owners found out about the vicious dog, they insisted that management serve her notice to move. As you can read from her review, she is not a rational person. Management and staff did nothing wrong, the manager is a great person who works hard to make the place a nice place to live. In the 6 months that she has been here, there is a big difference in the property. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS

you are right about one thing, the manager is a very nice person.I find it funny that you,a resident happened to be around for all these conversations and know exactly what she was told. You are clearly a dr. since you have diagnosed her with a mental disorder, an expert on animals since all pit bulls are mean, right?I have read her review and she is pissed, and has every right to be.

Hello, I am the mentally ill young lady. Fisrt and foremost you need to get your facts straight. On my application I put down that I had a bull terrior mix, yes a pit bull mix and by far is not at all an aggressive dog. The so-called contractor did not even have the proper tools to lay my carpet. Second of all, I waited a total of a month for that apartment after promises and promises were made that it would be ready. I gave up my home, that is why I was homeless. Third being yeah it is amazing how you the resident were there for every converation and in my apartment. pretty fishy huh? Everything they did was illegal including turning off my electricity to get me out. That is against the laws ,,read Indiana renters rights. and the eviction was not proper, they were supposed to get an order and/ or give me the oppotunity to fix the issue. I even offered to get rid of my so vicious dog. I guess we will see who will come out the winner thru the court system. And yes I am suing.

Boy the LADY must be illiterate, if she would know how to read, or have any common sense she would know that the lease agreement states that only certain non agressive breeds may be allowed there, and applies pretty much the same for most leases regardless of where ever you apply. Good luck with finding a place that will allow you to have it,and dont lie about it. It dosent matter weather her dog is nice or not, it is part of or a cross breed with a known agressive breed. As far as electricity LADY, dont buy crack and pay your electric bill and it wont get turned off. Or get the electric properly put in your name. And getting your electric turned off is immediate grounds for eviction. The walls are paper thin and any one could hear a flea fart from next hallway over.So dont talk so loud and no one will hear you. Also the lease agreement says that the rental property can evict you even for a super minor infraction, and the LADY would know that if she only knew how to READ. Looks like she will be spending a lot of money on court fees and lawers to loose in court, all because she dosent comprehend words on paper. And didnt plan far enough ahead, with patience.READ every WORD and understand EVERY SENTENCE before you SIGN anything LADY!
