I have recently moved into RiverShores and to be honest I wish I would have saved my money. I have issues with my appartment and address them with management and all I ever get is excuss after excuss. I have had parts on order ever since I have moved in which has been months ago, what does it take to get something done. My inspection sheet was filled out and turned into the office as requested just to be filled away and nothing taken care of. I have requested the property owner information and they will not give it out. What are they affaid that corporate will find out the ---- that they pull. When I moved in I had a marijuana joint in my kitchen sink and as well in my bathroom sink, how nice is that for my kids to see. If maintance has time to do these things why don't they have time to fix my issues. Not to mention the murder that went on and nothing has ever been said on what happened, but yet us as residents are not to be worried!!!
