My living experience living at Rivershores was average,but not the greatest.It put me within walking distance of work.All in all the staff was friendly and would work with you as long as you were respectfull and didnt come off as a jerk. The only MAJOR issues I had was not having enough sound barrier or insulation in the walls, you could hear every thing the neighbors were doing. What was on their TV. Their casual conversations, to their arguing crystal clear. You could even hear everything that goes on in the neighbors bathrooms and bedrooms. The neighborhood was generally safe.Police had a slow response time, usually 30 min.Unless its an emergency then their very prompt. I have only last complaint about the apartment complex.The office dosent do background checks on people very well. And let a lot of scummy people run the place down and deal drugs. The community needs to work together to get rid of the dealers and trashy people, but most of the neighbors are the ones buying the drugs,running the place down, and causing problems. Everyone needs to report small issues to the office, and not run around turning the other cheek, ignoring things.And the complex is inside city limits, so everyone MUST have pets on a leash and PICK UP THEIR DOG POOP! All in all ,drug dealers aside, it was an average place to live with a few minor inconvienences. I would move back there if I were to move back to the area again. You get what you pay for.
